I really am not aware of an earthquake in Italia at 03.36 ( Italian local time), until my friend told me about it.
He was on Arezzo – Italia, yesterday.
That city was only an hour away from Perugia.
Today, as I read the news on BBC, i was shocked.
The magnitude-6.2 quake struck at 03:36 (01:36 GMT), 100km (65 miles) north-east of Rome, not far from Perugia.
At least 86 of the dead were in the historic town of Amatrice, where the mayor said three-quarters of the town was destroyed, and in nearby Accumoli.
41 minutes ago, BBC reported that death toll increasing. Now, more than 160 people have died and at least 368 were injured, officials said.
I can’t say much about this but i hope they’ll get help as soon as possible.
