Dealing with Depression

About a month ago, I write about my friend’s depression.
She is okay now and only need to see psychiatrist once or twice a month. Basically she is good.
She is fine to continue her job as long as she stop letting her self dealing with any kind of bullsh*t out there.

This time, I’m gonna support her as a reciprocal of her kindness over the years.

Dealing with depression means you need to overcome yourself.
If it’s possible, find someone who can accept you and deal with your demon.
If it’s not possible, find something more suitable with your conditions.

You can try adopt cat or dog to deal with your depression.
Some people can be a book or song-writers.
Some others choose to quit their job and start an adventure out there.
— and me, i feel more comfortable writing on this blog rather than meeting people in person.

Day choose to adopt me (which is good 😛 ) and I let her petting me once or twice a week.
By that I mean we can meet each other more frequently than before.
I can give more time for her to let go all the feeling and emptied her brain for good.
If we can’t meet at the moment she need me, I let her spying on me. Letting the video call window open for her to see me working.
We already did that twice, and I said as long as she is quite when I’m on meeting, I can let that happen.
I need to mute my speaker though, because the whole people on the meeting room can hear her laughing or giggling on the other side.

Well, it improve her mood lately, so I can say this is one way to deal with depression.

Her room-mate also said that she can sleep well just recently, and only one or two nights a week sleeping late or not sleeping at all. That’s a good improvement because before, she always work until late at night just to cover up her stress-full mind and depression.

Overworked yourself won’t help to ease your depression!

Try work out and spend one to three hours a day in the morning, walking under the morning sunshine can help to chase away your depression.

Write on the comment section about how you deal with depression… Because sharing is caring, right? 😀

Another Depression Attack

I can’t properly explain what I feel right now. But I think my mind is really unstable. And idk why.

It’s not like my usual depression. Its way more complicated and devastated. Fvck.. why is it so hard to explain it?! I don’t feel over-worrying or anxious. Didn’t want to sleep at all. Nor eat anything.

But there is something that i had noticed lately.

I thought about suicide unconsciously. I’m laughing over thinking about which way better to ended my life. or something like that. I never been like this ever on my life. Is this mean I’m crazier? Fvck me.. fvck my mind.

This morning my mind goes blank and Christ said I was on the washing room, holding a bottle of bleach for clothes for awhile, twisting the bottle in my hand for a couple minutes until he said he asked me what the hell am I doing and I answer him with, “I just want to know…” but honestly, I don’t even remember if I really did that. I don’t know what am I doing at that time. Nor I know what the hell that i need a bottle of bleach for clothes.

And this evening when I drived home. In the middle of highway, I was thinking about which way better to end my life on my mind. I was thinking about driving my car as fast as it can and let it crush and that’s it. I was laughing all the way thinking all that through. I’m not actually know that I’m laughing, but as I’m going to hit the gas, there was an incoming call from Day. I answer that call, laughing out loud till She yelled “what the fvck” to my ear. she even asked me if i was drunk. She asked me where the hell I am. She said she already called me more than five times before I actually picked it up. But you know… I never hear any ring or anything.

I was scared and deciding to meet Day, not only because she need my help, but because I need her too.

I don’t want to be alone tonight.

I think I really am going crazy..

My Review: Guardian of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)

It has been so long since the last time I write a movie review, isn’t it? LOL
But for this movie, I’m dying because of a BABY GROOT!

I already watch this movie twice. LOL
After this, I’ll tell you what really blow my mind!

Marvel Studios made a statement regarding the future of the “Guardians” franchise, which said Avengers: Infinity War (2018) will take place four years after this film, which in turn takes place in 2014, three months after Guardians of the Galaxy (2014). This film is part of Chapter Three of Phase Three in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Guardians of the Galaxy will return in Avengers: Infinity War (2018).
You need to pay attention for every Easter eggs from this movie.

Eh.. before i continue, i’m happy to say that it’s great having your sister watching your back. I’m so glad that Gamora and Nebula finally found their bond. LOL. It’s some kind of love-and-hate relationship. But at least, Nebula is being honest, that she only want a sister after all.

And did you know that this movie is the first MCU sequel to use a number rather than a subtitle (in this case, Vol. 2) since Iron Man 3 (2013). All other sequels since Iron Man 3 (2013) have used a subtitle, such as Thor: The Dark World (2013), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Thor: Ragnarok (2017) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018). The only other sequel to use a number rather than a subtitle is Iron Man 2 (2010).

About the Star Lord’s father, director James Gunn described making Ego Star-Lord’s father as a continuation of exploring the personal side of the Guardians: “If a raccoon could talk and shoot a machine gun, how could that be? Answering that question ended up being the entire foundation of the first film. There’s a sadness in these characters. Rocket was an animal experimented upon and torn apart. Groot has far more in common with Frankenstein’s monster than with Bugs Bunny. Ego is an even more ridiculous character. But if a planet was alive, how could that be? And how could it father a child? Nova Prime said about Peter’s father in the first film that he is something ancient and unknown, and being a cosmic being, alone for eons, is even more lonely than being the universe’s sole talking raccoon.”
And when Kraglin (Sean Gunn) sends a ship to Ego’s planet to rescue the Guardians of the Galaxy, as the ship approaches the planet from outer space, the surface of Ego’s planet resembles a giant face. This is a nod for the Ego’s original appearance in the Marvel Comics.

About Star Lord’s mother, Laura Haddock who plays the character Meredith Quill, Peter Quill’s mother, also appeared in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) as a fan of Captain America. Coincidence? LOL

How can a planet be a person? It is really blow my mind!
Ego came as a great father first, looks promising, but then everyone realize that he is a total jerk!

It’s funny when you see anytime Drax catches Groot dancing, Groot will freeze. According to James Gunn, the reason why Groot always freezes when Drax catches him dancing is because he knows Drax disapproves of it. This is reinforced when Drax explains that he was attracted to his late wife because she steadfastly did not dance.

The sad part of this movie is when at the end, Yondu, died, sacrificing himself to help Peter. Now everyone will remember him as Guardian of the Galaxy’s Mary Poppins. And as the Ravager ships light up the sky with fireworks at Yondu’s funeral, his burning ashes form a trail that eventually reshape into his trademark arrow trail.

At Yondu’s funeral are his old friends and fellow Ravagers, which were Charlie-27, Starhawk, Martinex and Aleta. In the Marvel comics, all four and Yondu were former members of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Also appearing were Krugarr, an alien sorcerer, who, in the comics, was from another timeline and was the disciple of Doctor Strange, and Mainframe, an alien female robot, who, in the comics, was a male and an android related to the Vision.
And FYI, the maroon and white ribbon over Yondu’s eye at the end of the movie is the United States Army Good Conduct Medal.

This film features five mid and post-credit scenes. One of the end credit scenes shows the Sovereign creating a cocoon of sorts for a new being named “Adam.” It is assumed that this refers to the character Adam Warlock.
“I am Groot” appears 8 times during the credits before changing to an actual credit, symbolizing the 8 main heroes of the film: Star Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, Groot, Nebula, Yondu, and Mantis. As the final credit rolls, David Hasselhoff says, “We are ALL Groot!”

SPOILER ALERT: There are 5 scenes in the closing credits:

    • Kraglin is seen practicing on controlling Yondu’s arrow. Which in the end stabbing Drax and Kraglin running away.
    • Starhawk gathers his old Ravager team together. And that was so sweet. LOL
    • Ayesha introduces a super-evolved Sovereign, Adam Warlock. This leads into Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
    • Teenage Groot argues with Star-Lord. You know how it feels to be your father after you have your own child –or something like that.In one of the mid-credits scenes, Quill has an argument with Teenage Groot, and appears to understand when Groot calls him boring. This is the first time that any of the Guardians other than Rocket has been able to understand Groot’s speech, and lends credence to the theory that Groot can be understood if one spends enough time in his company.
    • Marvel founder, Stan Lee, has a talk with the Watchers again, you can see this scene is a continuation from previous scene when Rocket and Yondu jumping 700 clicks to go to Ego’s planet.Stan Lee’s cameo character, an informant for the Watchers explains that in his experiences on Earth, he was a Federal Express employee. This is a direct reference to a past MCU film, Captain America: Civil War which was released in 2016. The MCU timeline also places the events of the film as 2016 as well. However, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 takes place in 2014, just two months after the first film. So the Watcher Informant would have no way of telling them of a job he had on Earth if it never happened in the chronological timeline.

However, this error can be argued by saying that he could be referencing to a past event, and not his direct cameo in Civil War. This can only be solved by relying on the possibility that if the Stan Lee cameos in all MCU films are the same person, it would have to be that the Informant would have to continuously switch jobs (he is seen as, for example, a Smithsonian Security Guard in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and a Bartender in Ant-Man) throughout the MCU timeline.

The characters seen listening to Stan Lee are an ancient space race called The Watchers. The camera pans to one of them, who may be Uatu, a Watcher who first appeared in the Fantastic Four comics. In the original Marvel Comics, Uatu lives on the Blue Area of the Moon, watching all events concerning planet Earth, as well as other parts of the universe, and it is possible to visit him to ask information.

That’s all from me..
I hope you can tell me more if you find something more interesting from that movie.
Let’s hope the next movie will continue to be this awesome. Yeah!

We. Are. Groot.

You

Sometimes, I get the feeling that i wanted you to be all mine. To be able to stop the time and let me keep you in my arms.

But life is not that simple.

You and your life. Me and mine.

Thinking about what life has given us both, leaving me to wonder if you are happy with yourself, unlike me. But I know we are different. I always know.

I live tou like I love the night. I’m admiring you. Your smile. Your flawless skin. Your laugh. Your everything. But I can’t to touch it. Because everything that i touch will be broke. And I love you. I want you to be eternal.

You’re everything but me.
